Privacy policy

Last updated: 29 October 2026

This privacy policy explains how Zoventra Technologies (“Zoventra”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses and protects personal information when you visit www.zoventra.website or contact us through it. We keep data collection to a minimum and never sell personal information.

1. Information we collect

We only collect information you choose to give us:

  • Project inquiries: your name, email address, and optionally your company, phone number, budget range, timeline and project description.
  • Job applications: your name, email address, role of interest, experience level, links to your portfolio or CV, and any message you include.
  • Technical data: to protect our forms from abuse, our server temporarily processes your IP address (stored only as a one-way hash for rate limiting) and basic request details such as your browser’s user agent.

2. Cookies and analytics

This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies, and it does not load third-party analytics or social media trackers. Fonts and scripts are served from our own server. If we introduce analytics in the future, we will update this policy and ask for your consent where required.

3. How we use your information

  • To respond to your inquiry and prepare proposals or estimates you request.
  • To assess job applications and communicate with candidates.
  • To keep our website and forms secure and to prevent spam and abuse.

We process this information on the basis of your consent and our legitimate interest in responding to requests you send us. You can withdraw consent at any time.

4. Sharing

We do not sell or rent personal information. Your data is processed by our hosting and email providers solely to operate this website and deliver your messages to our team. We may disclose information if required by law.

5. Retention

We keep project inquiries for up to 24 months and job applications for up to 12 months, unless a longer period is needed for an ongoing project or required by law. After that, the data is deleted.

6. Security

The website is served over HTTPS. Form submissions are validated, rate-limited and stored in a location that is not publicly accessible. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your personal information, and to object to or restrict its processing. To exercise any of these rights, email us at [email protected]. We will respond within 30 days.

8. Children

This website is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The “last updated” date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised.
